Order Delivery and Collection – Clients in South Africa
• All online orders can be delivered to any physical address in South Africa.
• If you would like delivery of your order, please select “Shipping” before proceeding to pay for your order.
• Shipping fees vary from item to item and will be automatically calculated during the checkout process for clients who select “Shipping”.
• Clients not needing our delivery service must select “Local pickup” before proceeding to pay for their orders.
• Clients also have the option to arrange collection of their orders from our premises.
• All orders must be fully paid and payments must reflect in our account before they are collected.
• Clients will be notified by email, phone or WhatsApp when their orders are ready for collection.
• Order deliveries have a lead time of between 2 and 7 working days depending on destination of the goods in South Africa

• Cross Border Order Delivery and Collection –
• Cross border clients are free to arrange their own transport or freight service to collect your order from our premises in Midrand, Johannesburg.
• All orders must be fully paid and payments must reflect in our account before they are processed and prepared for collection.
• Clients will be notified by email, phone or WhatsApp when the orders are ready for collection
• We do also prepare separate delivery quotations for cross border clients
• Clients wanting orders delivery quotes to them may email their quotation requests to info@nichemsa.co.za
• Delivery quotations will be based on the dead weight or volumetric weight whichever is greater.
• Delivery quotations exclude any VAT or storage charges which may apply at the destination.
• Cross border clients are responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in their country
• Clients must send proofs of payment for their orders for speedy processing of orders

Refunds and Exchange Policy
• All products have a 30 days money back guarantee.
• Products returned should not have been used, tampered with or damaged
• Proof of purchase and the original packaging must accompany the product
• Goods incorrectly supplied by NICHEM SA or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost
• If a replacement is not possible due to quality issues, or product being discontinued, full refund will be given.
